Cukang Taneuh (Green Canyon) West Java

Green Canyon or better known as Cukang Taneuh by local people, located in the village of Kertayasa, district Cijulang, Ciamis. Approximately 31 km from the town of Pangandaran. The origin of the name Green Canyon itself is of a French tourist who came in 1993. Access to the Green Canyon
If you are located outside of West Java then you can use air transport, or land towards the city of Bandung. From Bandung, you take the bus towards Pangandaran. After arriving in Pangandaran Terminal, you can use the mini bus service to terminal Cijulang, then proceed to use taxi or rent a car.
To achieve a Green Canyon himself from Ciseureuh Pier, you have to travel for 30 to 45 minutes using a modern wooden boat is also often referred to as “Ketinting“. Rate per person for ketinting this is a 75,000 rupias with a maximum capacity of five people and operates from 7.30 am until 4 pm.
